Credit Manager - Real Estate Finance (w/m/d)

What you can look forward to:

  • In this role, you will be responsible for conducting risk analyses for new credit transactions and coordinating closely with our international front-office departments as well as other interfaces, such as the syndication desk.
  • You will prepare and facilitate credit decisions made by key decision-makers, including management, the executive board and the supervisory board.
  • In coordination with various stakeholders (e.g., transaction lawyers, Treasury, Compliance, external valuers), you will implement credit decisions, including contractual documentation and disbursements.
  • You will handle the ongoing management of assigned credit exposures with a focus on risk monitoring – including the supervision and review of real estate collateral.
  • If a credit engagement does not develop as planned, you remain calm and work collaboratively with special workout experts to develop appropriate solutions.
  • With strong organizational skills, you will manage your international clients and ensure that their needs are translated into tailored, effective solutions.
  • Finally, you will be responsible for internal and external audits and will actively contribute to cross-functional project teams.

What we look for:

  • A university degree in business administration, specialising in the hotel industry.
  • Several years of professional and project management experience in hotel investments or hotel development/feasibility.
  • Experience in preparing and analysing hotel cash flow projections and valuations.
  • Established network of investors, operators, valuers, consultants and other players in the hotel investment sector.
  • Willingness to travel internationally, business fluent in English.
