What you can look forward to:

In your role, you will develop strategies for complex real estate engagements predominantly of commercial nature on an international level.
In this context, you routinely conduct state analysis within the existing Work Out tasks and applicable regulations.
You create and approve decision proposals for risky engagements, which you also implement - including UTP, Forbearance, and Stage assessment.
We further trust that you ensure intensive, smooth cooperation with interface areas (market, subsidiaries etc.) as well as external parties.
You master negotiations with customers, banks, authorities, lawyers, and sales organizations as confidently as risk provision for your engagements and scenario calculations.
Last but not least, you purposefully pass on your insights and experiences and continuously keep an eye on the quality factor

What we can look forward to:

Successful degree in economics, law or banking complemented by several years of professional experience - during which an international stay is advantageous
Knowledge in international/commercial real estate financing business including credit assessment as well as collateral and contract evaluation
Practical know-how in dealing with professional clients as well as communication at executive level
Interest in NPL topics as well as expertise in banking and reporting processes
Proficient in MS Office and SAP, fluent English language skills both written and spoken
